Shipping
We try to ship all orders by UPS. Most orders placed before 2 PM CST(Monday - Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM may ship out the next day.
(We do try to ship most orders same day or next day but please indicate dates the products are needed by to receive your order by a certain deadline.)
Orders generally ship from our store located at 3506 Monroe St. Madison, WI 53711. If your order can not be processed for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.
The UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Map shows you the maximum number of business days UPS guarantees your package to arrive by after it leaves our store. Processing time for your order is not included in this calculation; so please do not base this off your order date, but rather your shipping date. (Realize that there are sometimes circumstances where UPS is unable to deliver on-time. These are rare situations, but they do occur from time-to-time. Also be aware that holidays are often a busy time for UPS and it is always wise to order early if you have any pressing deadlines.)
We will ship to any place in the United States, Canada and Overseas. (We can not ship Hair Sprays, Liquids or Medical Adhesives outside the US.)
Canadian orders can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail to save on Customs Fees (Request this in the Comment Section).Custom Fees are charged on all orders over $20.00 shipped Standard UPS and will be collected upon delivery.
HAIR SPRAYS, SPIRIT GUMS, FLEXIBLE SEALORS AND OTHER 'DANGEROUS CHEMICALS' CAN NOW BE SHIPPED (Within the Continental US) BY 3 DAY,SECOND DAY OR OVERNIGHT FOR A $35.00 ADDITIONAL UPS HAZARDOUS FEE PER PACKAGE IN ADDITION TO THE SHIPPING FEES.
$35.00 will be added to your order for 3 day, 2 day and Overnight orders of all 'Dangerous Goods' and will not be reflected on your on-line receipt. There is no extra charge for Ground Delivery of 'Dangerous Goods' within the continental US. (Hawaii and Alaska must also pay extra for 'Dangerous Goods' shipped UPS Ground! )
| Dangerous Goods Fees On Makeup Please note that in some circumstances makeup products that are shipped via air carry a $35.00 ORMD-Dangerous Goods (Hazardous Material) fee that will be applied to your order. This charge will not show up in your online shopping cart, however, you are liable for it and it will be added to your invoice in house prior to shipping. We will contact all Dangerous Goods orders.We will hold your order until we have permission to add the $35.00 handling fee to your order.Ground Shipments: Are not effected by the Dangerous Goods fee.Air Shipments: Include 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day UPS are as followsSmall Quantity Exception: If each product considered Dangerous Goods is ordered in 1oz or less and the total carton shipped via air does not contain more than 16oz total Dangerous Goods products, you are not required to pay a hazmat fee. Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs are calculated by Distance and Weight. UPS calculates all packages at one pound and up.
(Our UPS Rates start at about $9.00 for a one pound package.)
Though we have no minimums on orders, it will cost as much to ship one item as 10 items, depending on the weight.
No shipping cost surprises-Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated before you place your order.
